Position Overview & Specifications

To provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office.

Duties

Assist within the compliance area.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs.
Assisting in the drafting of Minutes.
Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc.
Posting and reconciliation of daily banking.
Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation.
Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes.
Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically.
Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required.

Candidate Requirements

GCSE level.
Good IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and manage own time and deadlines.
Ability to work well within a team.
Reliable and diligent.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to deal with a variety of matters and projects as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
