Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented young social media marketer with a passion for health and fitness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, with knowledge of other platforms a bonus. As a remote worker, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work around their hobbies and social activities, while reporting to our management team on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute social media strategies for True Athletic Fitness, Truelights, and Truelabs
Develop engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, adapting and incorporating them into the company's marketing strategies
Represent the brand and bring their own unique flair and character to the company's social media presence
Work closely with the management team to align with overall company goals and objectives

Requirements:

Extensive experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health and fitness, with knowledge of sports science, training, physiotherapy, human physiology or biology a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
