Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for experienced Restaurant/Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible and have previous experience in a busy hospitality environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
Prepare and serve drinks
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and restaurant areas
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Handle cash and card payments
Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of service and presentation
Follow company procedures and policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Fully flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
