Ensuring first class personal care
Looking after the wellbeing of individuals in their own homes
Preparing meals, drinks, and medication
Promoting good personal hygiene
Carry out tasks outlined in care and support plans, manual handling plans, and risk assessments
Observe, monitor and record individual physical and emotional wellbeing
Promptly report changes to management
£13.50 hourly rate
45p a mile
