Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an intern in the Property Management department.

The ideal candidate will be organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance requests, and other matters as needed

Prepare documents for renewals, tenant notices, and other correspondence

Ensure that all tenant files are up to date

Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all property related activity

Conduct regular inspections of the properties

Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints

Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants

Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

Participate in team meetings and provide reports on current projects

No driving license required

Internship will last between 6 to 13 weeks
