Warehouse Operative

OTE: £34,500.00 per year

Monday - Friday, 05:00am - Finish

Guaranteed pay of 48 hours per week.

You will be required to do 1 - 2 paid nights out per week. £36 per night.

Hannah Foods are looking for a number of full-time, permanent, HGV Class 1 Driver to join our family-run business based in our local depot in Skelmersdale.

A competitive yearly rate of £33,000.00 plus a £125.00 monthly discretionary bonus.

We operate as a national wholesale and foodservice distribution business. Hannahs have a custom-built distribution premise with an integrated cold store and chiller and offer a wide range of products including; frozen, chilled, grocery, butchery and non-food items.

The Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Vehicle daily walk around checks and defect reporting to the Transport Manager
Ensuring vehicles are kept presentable in line with company procedures
Following driver instructions – reporting anomalies
Ensuring all related recording documents are completed in line with company procedure
Complying with appropriate company procedure in reporting and documenting accident and damage reports
Adhering to our strict attitude towards health and safety and our safe systems of work related to the position
Reporting of customer issues to Customer services in line with company procedures
Undertaking other duties as directed
