Position Overview & Specifications

Due to the expansion of our business, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Accounts Assistant.

This role aims to help control and analyse the finances of 'Poke House UK' to ensure smart and healthy growth across our ever-expanding estate.

Working with us at Poke House means you'll be:

Managing the external accounts company.
Making reconciliations of payments and assets.
Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Managing all accounting transactions.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
Manage and track cash ﬂow and treasury.
Evaluating and managing risk.
Formatting supplier's condition reviews.
Track and analyze the company's annual budget.
Monitor all income and expenses of the company.

Your experience, skills and qualities will ideally include the following:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
You have at least 2 years of related experience in Accounting.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, the ability to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions.
Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills and data-driven.
Passion for the Food Tech sector.
