One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to join a 8 man Building Services team for a newly opening site off Milton Keynes station.

The role best suits a Mechanically qualified engineer with aspirations of specialsing within HVAC, as this is a critical banking and retail complex home to cutting edge equipment including large chillers and A/C Units. There will also be specialist new kit such as Water Source, and Air Source Heat Pumps.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a good A/C Engineer to develop and upskill with training across a world class site,

Actions will include:

Completing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems, within plumbing/water treatment, pumps, motors, A/C related equipment of various sizes and levels of complexity, across AC, Chillers, Water/Air Source Heat pumps
Managing subcontractor delivery and completing site inductions
Supporting the Lead Engineer and Manager with escalations
Working closely with the customer
Completing minor projects
Completing minor, ad hoc fabric works
Supporting with occasional weekend work with client building events
