Job Description

This is an opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain experience at a fast-paced, innovative tech start-up, while kickstarting a career in sales and ESG. A successful candidate will be on track to become a sales representative for the company, post-internship.

As part of the Commercial Team, you will have the opportunity to delve into a range of tasks focused on the company’s growth, where you can make a visible impact on the company’s revenue-generating efforts. This includes the following:

Work as a core sales team member, across lead generation, sales, and kpi tracking
Manage CRM and report on sales metrics to ensure we are executing our strategy
Handle client enquiries and external communications
Perform market research, to learn about prospects and partnerships
Ad hoc requests for client needs

You will receive fortnightly 1-on-1s with your manager to develop your skills and give and receive feedback. Ideally the candidate would be able to work at least 2 days a week in our London office, located in Shoreditch.

Required:

0 - 2 years working experience
Ambition to grow into a client-facing / sales role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for or knowledge of ESG
Ability to work for a 6 month period - Interest in becoming permanent

Desired Skills:

CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Professional-level in a foreign language
