We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartending Staff. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile and escort them to their table
Provide guests with menu recommendations and offer suggestions for wine and beverage pairings
Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their dining experience
Manage guest payments and ensure accurate billing
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the restaurant.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
