Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a Manager for our established, popular coffee shop and brunch spot in Dalton Park Shopping Centre.

Salary - £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Safe, efficient running of the kitchen and front of house
Maintaining accurate financial and stock records
Development of staff team through training, online and on site
Managing due dilligence and compliance checks
Upholding Massarells & Co core values
Delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

At least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
At least 1 year management experience
A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
Competent in IT
Ability to understand and deliver financial and other targets
Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business. They will need to demonstrate the ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
