Scope of Role
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the process operative will operate machinery to produce and fit Energy Storage products to satisfy customer quality and demands.

Compliance

Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encouraging personnel to do the same.
Developing personnel awareness of product compliance obligations.
Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and fit our products to satisfy Customer quality and demand
Work as part of the production team.
To maintain required quality standards and carry out product quality checks as part of the production process.
Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks as required.
Complete production, quality and maintenance reports
Work safely and effectively in accordance with the Work Instructions for the tasks and comply with all Health and Safety Standards
To meet machinery / fitting production targets and actively participate in activities designed to
Continuously improve machine and fitting productivity
To ensure all products meet with Customer specifications and is well presented
To carry out all safety, production, quality checks, and complete documentation as appropriate
To work within a team or unsupervised, and to ensure “right first time."
To minimise downtimes in all areas.
