Night Receptionist- Luxury Serviced Appartments

You’ll be working across 2 luxury hotels and serviced apartments based in the heart of London.

Salary £25,000 to £26,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus
4 shifts per week, 20:30pm to 7:30am
Additional £1,800 per annum benefits gross (which can be used for travel, gym, Netflix or anything you like!)
21 days leave per year, increasing up to 25 days with every additional year you work at the hotel and serviced apartments

As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all guests of the hotel and serviced apartments. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, maintaining positive relationships throughout every guest’s stay and responding to any questions and queries. As well as this, managing guest bookings, reservations and bills is a key part of the role.

You’ll be working 4 days per week, including weekends, on a rotational basis. Therefore, a level of flexibility is required. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience as a Night Receptionist and work for a company that truly values and cares for its employees.

You’ll be wondering what experience you need. This establishment is looking for a warm and welcoming Night Receptionist who has similar experience working in high-quality 4 or 5 star hotels and/or serviced apartments. As well as this, experience using Opera is a must.
