Position Overview & Specifications

Position: Night shift Highly skilled/Skilled Foundry Operative – Moulder (Chemically bonded sand).

Salary: £13.02 to £19.35 Per Hour (Dependant on experience)

Hours: Nights - 19:30pm - 05:30am, Monday - Thursday (40 hours per week)

Highly Skilled/Skilled Moulders

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and preparing moulds for casting, driving production, and maintaining a high level of quality. Training members of the team to improve their skills. Working closely with the foundry Foreman and Manager. The candidate should also have the following attributes:

Highly skilled at working in a foundry moulding or core making department
Strong work ethic
Working knowledge of health & safety and good housekeeping
A good understanding of English both written and spoken
Operating overhead cranes

Licence/Certification

FLT Licence (preferred but not essential)
