Position Overview & Specifications

Sunday to Thursday 5pm-10pm
Daily receipt, collation and scanning of all customer POD's
Storage and filing of POD's in line with established company processes
Dealing with and resolving customer delivery and POD queries in a confident and timely manner
Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of customer PO numbers
Provide assistance in clearing all unbilled reports in line with company policy
Assist the Credit Controller with issuing of customer statements and resolution of queries, credit insurance control checks and customer set up
Provide assistance and back up in running daily/weekly sales across the companies
Ensure all customer forms are completed in line with internal company policies and external compliance guidelines
Any other adhoc duties as required by Management Accountant or Financial Controller.

Essential Criteria:

A minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)
Proven ICT skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly excel
Previous experience in scanning, and working with POD's
A clear advantage will be given to those with previous experience of Mandata and a background in the transport industry
Clear and demonstrable experience of working in a high volume, transactional team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
