This is a work from home full time position! Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Mechanical Estimator for a M&E Contractor based in Livepool Street we are looking for a candidate who has previous experience with tendering on commercial,residential or healthcare projects with values ranging from £100k - £5m

Our client a leading M&E contractor who have a large portfolio of projects In and around the South East of England these can including fit outs and new build.

The duties will be

Estimating and tendering for large commercial fit out refurbishments or new build Projects.
Take offs
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
Liaising with the design department.
Preparation of Tenders
Reading through specification to understand the tender pricing requirements
Sending out enquires to subcontractors/specialists
Monthly valuations, forecast, monitoring and reporting on material spend
Attend meetings with team
Site visits
Preparation of mechanical tenders

This is a work from home full position position as the majority of meetings will be on Zoom.

Our client is looking to pay £55k - £60k + Package but Is negotiable depending on the candidates experience.
