We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Shop Manager in our Fast Paced St Enoch Centre, Glasgow shop.

What we are looking from our Shop Manager

Lead by example and encourage your team to achieve your targets while providing amazing service to our customers
Providing on the job coaching to your team, ensuring procedures are being followed
Maximising sales opportunities by supporting stores ordering and minimising waste
Expect to be working with your team daily and supporting and observing how they serve and deliver amazing customer service and feeding back when required.
Ensure daily/weekly/periodically compliance tasks are completed to ensure we are compliant with food and health and safety procedures
Complete Rotas for your team
Handle Cash daily and count tills each day

Previous Experience- previous management/Bakery/barista experience is preferred, however if you are new to bakery and have a can do attitute and work etchic and looking to progress your career then lets have a conversation as full training will be given.

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
