Your role

Aramark Northern Europe have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our team in the Derby DE22 area. This is a temporary full time role working five out of 7 days a week with no late nights!

Main responsibilities include...

To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to a high standard
Being responsible for quality and quantity control in food production and overall sanitation of assigned areas
Ensuring proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
Keeping up with peak production during service hours
In collaboration with the Head Chef, researches and designs new menu plans for various food service programs and customer populations, specifically focusing on current culinary trends and heart healthy cooking
Completing production process whilst following allergen and dietary requirements
